Giving back is something I hold dear to my heart and to my purpose. Being a part of YTAC has given me the opportunity to meet and build relationships and successes for the organization. There is not one person I know who has not been touched by cancer and we all have to work together in this cause. That’s what YTAC does, it brings people together for the fight and the triumphs. After losing my uncle to cancer, I know that his fight was all of our fights now. I am so proud to be a part of this amazing organization.

My family has been personally impacted by cancer and other illnesses. During those times, the care and support we received from the hospital and nurses meant so much to my family. I love now YTAC chooses beneficiaries that do the same thing for other families going through similar situations.

Jennifer Kesterson I love being a member of YTAC because every dollar that we raise goes directly to local Dallas area organizations, and that is extremely powerful. Everyone, no matter if it has directly affected you or not, has dealt with, or has known someone who has dealt with cancer. I am very proud to be working with an awesome group of young professionals to help fight this fight. I couldn’t think of a better organization in Dallas to be affiliated with.

EZ I learned at an early age that a group of dedicated people can come together to make a real difference in their community, and YTAC is proving that every day. I am so proud to be part of an organization that is raising money not only to support patients during their fight with cancer in the DFW area, but also crucial research on the disease.

Phuong Tran- President
Phuong Tran, Young Texans Against Cancer Secretary ChairNo matter who you are and where you stand in life, cancer doesn’t discriminate.  Cancer is an equalizer and the search for a cure is universal.  I’ve seen the highs and lows of it… from my dad winning his fight against it…to a friend’s baby leaving us all too soon…to friends who caught it late in the game and lived their lives as much as they could before saying their goodbyes. Not only does cancer hit us physically, but mentally, emotionally, and financially.  My hope is to spread awareness and do what I can to assist in the fight that way too many of us lose.  Please join us as we move forward together in procuring futures for our family, friends, and neighbors.
